We are currently looking to expand the team within our successful Stratford office in the East end of London. Office Angels consultants provide a service that goes beyond traditional recruitment practices, ensuring that candidates have not only the right skills but also the right character fit for our clients.
We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in recruitment who has a good knowledge of the local area.
Working as a recruitment consultant, you will need many skills. You will be sales driven, an excellent negotiator and a strong communicator. You also display a real drive to achieve results. The talent to win business whilst maintaining relationships with clients and candidates is key.
With emphasis on attaining sales targets and building business relationships, you will manage a contract/temporary placement desk and core activities include:
* Business development calls to existing and prospective clients
* Candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection
* Client visits and meetings
* Tendering for business
* Salary / contract negotiation
* Offering informed career advice
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a strong record of achievement or be educated to graduate level or equivalent. Previous sales or recruitment experience is advantageous. Office Angels offer a competitive basic salary and an uncapped commission scheme with the earning potential of 40K OTE dependent on experience levels. In addition we offer a flexible benefits package including 30 days holiday increasing with length of service, private healthcare and pension.
