Commercial Recruitment Consultant - Property Sector
£20k-£28k Basic, OTE £45k 1st year + Benefits

A well respected name within the Technical recruitment sector have an immediate need for an experienced "high street" recruiter to join their Edinburgh office. With a strong client base to work from, there is a huge amount of existing business to develop, so this will suit a proactive recruiter who maybe frustrated in their current set up and needs a fresh challenge. You will be working alongside the technical consultants, but whereas they will be filling their roles, you will be responsible for their client's back office and support requirements.

You are likely to have at least 2 years proven track record in either the temporary or perm commercial market, placing office support, PA/Secretarial, administrators etc, and have a good feel for the local market in and around Edinburgh. This is a role that will really suit an individual who has flair, tenacity and wants to succeed when given such a great opportunity. You will be given great training and development, with the opportunity to take on an additional consultant to support you as soon as you are writing business. With first year earning potential of £40 - 50k, this is a one off role for someone who wishes to work within a fast moving environment, but who wants make their own mark.
