The majority of above average recruitment consultants will, at some stage in their career, work out just how much their hard work earns for their employer and will feel frustrated (and sometimes disappointed) by their reward in both monetary and recognition terms.

There is a cure for this frustration but it needs dedication, determination and discipline on your part but for the majority of those whom we have worked with  it has been positively life changing.

THE OPPORTUNITY

With no initial outlay, to be a Director of your own recruitment company (not a franchise) and to have complete autonomy within your chosen recruitment market whether it be temps, contract or permanent in any discipline, commercial; technical; education; sales; locums; finance/accountancy; executive; industrial etc.

WHO WE ARE

Home or office based, SSG's tailored service provides:

1. Physical Setup: Laptop, printer and recruitment software
2. Intellectual Setup: Company formation, accounting setup, business planning
3. Technical Setup: Dedicated technical support for any IT matter
4. Creative Setup: Logo`s, business cards, stationary & web site design
5. Accountancy Setup: Management accounts, tax, VAT, payroll, factoring, etc

Throughout the Life of Your Business, SSG provides:

1. Access to job boards, CV search, vacancy search
2. Access to a team of recruiters able to offer advice and guidance
3. Business and personal tax advice
4. Full Back office support for temporary or permanent recruitment
5. Access to in-house rec-to-rec to help you expand your business
6. Access to legal advice if needed
7. Access to training facilities

We provide the opportunity for you to retain typically 70% of the billings and our charge is the remaining 30%. Our commitment is clear, if we do not conscientiously support your business to optimise the opportunity for success and you do not generate income, we do not charge anything.

You can come from a background in Permanent recruitment, Temporary, Contract or a mix - we cover all areas. You will aspire to earning considerably more than you do now and will have the determination to create something which is totally yours and offers a route to financial independence.
