The Package:
You will receive a competitive basic salary of around £20K plus OTE. Holiday entitlement is around 25 days plus many other company incentives.
The Recruitment Brief:
Our client has over 30 years recruitment experience in both the UK and international markets. You will have a solid track record within a sales/recruitment environment and you must possess a background of developing new and existing business and consistent achievement of goals and targets.
You will be focused on developing a successful business and reaping the benefits that result.
The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate will be hard working, self-motivated, persistent and professional.
You will be a highly ambitious and driven sales individual to work in the above branch. You will run a commercial desk; therefore you will have at least 1 year's commercial recruitment experience.
Your main duties will include all recruitment activities including interviewing candidates, writing vacancies and speaking to clients. You will have fantastic sales skills, including face to face and telephone.
