My client is looking for an experienced commercial recruitment consultant to be based in their modern, busy offices in Salford Quays!! You will join a bright and friendly team, and be given a warm welcome! This is very much a self driven roel, they are looking for people who can run their own desks, and in return will offer unrivalled NO THRESHOLD BONUS (whatever you bill from day one you will make commission from) and a number of other perks that will make this an unmissable opportunity!
As an experienced consultant, your duties will be to build and develop the business through contacting existing and new clients, and placing candidates within these roles. You will be involved in the whole recruitment process, from meeting the candidates, meeting the clients, business development, account management and training junior members of the team. You will be bright, focused and motivated with a real passion for sales and client management.
The successful candidate will have a 6 months- 1 year experience in the market with a real hunger and desire to succeed. You will have COMMISSION WITH NO THRESHOLD, therefore whatever you bill you will make money on, as well as company car allowance, free gym membership and much more!
