Our client has been established on the high street for many years, and has some fantastic expansion plans for 2012. They handle temporary and permanent vacancies on behalf of local clients and have an excellent reputation
THE ROLE
An opportunity has arisen to appoint a new Commercial Recruitment Consultant within this team. The role is to provide clients with the full recruitment cycle from sourcing vacancies through to placing well matched applicants.
You will provide excellent customer services to both candidate and clients to give yourself the competitive edge over others.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build professional relationships and overcome objections is essential.
If you are bright, ambitious, articulate, hard working and a real people person this opportunity will provide you with a stimulating challenge which will constantly exercise and develop your personal qualities.
You will have a strong, stable background, be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and thrive on working in a fast paced sales environment with a good business track record
THE REQUIREMENTS
Previous Recruitment Consultancy experience within any sector
A Proven track record within a targeted telesales or sales environment is essential
A full UK driving license is necessary
