Recruitment Consultant£22k - £30k + OTE + £3.6k car allowance, Portsmouth Team Leader / Division Manager ££30k - £36k + OTE + £4.8k car allowance, Portsmouth This is an outstanding role for a genuinely passionate Recruiter, seeking progression within an expanding business in Portsmouth!! My client is a specialist recruitment provider to the Construction, Mechanical & Electrical, Commercial and Industrial industries and they are undergoing massive expansion plans for their Portsmouth office across all divisions. Their level of service delivery is virtually unheard of in the industry and their reputation has made them a very big corporate player amongst their competitors and in turn, this has enabled them to double their turnover, year on year since the beginning in 2003. This is a fantastic time to join their business and if you are a Recruitment Consultant seeking a new challenge or a step up, or a Recruitment Team Leader looking to further develop then I would love to hear from you to discuss things further. It is essential for the successful candidates to have proven extensive Recruitment experience, with minimum billing statistics of £10k pcm . ·Developing your own portfolio of clients through the various methods, negotiating introduction fees and gaining agreement to these before commencing the process ·Taking full job and person specifications for specific roles and writing appropriate job advertisements ·Conducting candidate searches using available job boards, useful tools such as LinkedIn and other networking sites ·Conducting full candidates interviews via telephone or in person, to ascertain candidates' career requirements, ensuring that all key points are covered and discussed and writing a candidate profile as and when required ·Managing the entire recruitment process from initial CV submission, through all interview stages and to offer stage, ensuring both client and candidate are kept fully updated. ·Working towards achieving weekly / monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly / quarterly revenue targets as discussed with your Manager For further information regarding the role of a Recruitment Consultant, interview techniques and tips on writing a CV please visit our website (web address removed) People Prospect Solutions is a provider of recruitment to recruitment services in its capacity as a Recruitment Agency
