As a specialist Recruitment to Recruitment Consultant, your main focus will be to source suitable individuals for a variety of long established clients, from either a strong sales and new business development background or from the recruitment industry itself. This role requires a strong sales focus as you will be dealing with individuals who work within the recruitment industry and want to believe that they can put their trust in your hands when it comes to developing their own career. You will inherit a very warm client base, with existing vacancies and long established relationships. You will also look to develop new clients in line with candidate requirements, consistently seeking out the right role for the individual. This role does not have a face to face recruitment focus and so would not suit an individual who thrives on this aspect of recruitment. The company environment is relaxed and individuals are treated as adults as opposed to KPI churning machines! You will report in to a dedicated Manager, who will assist you in learning both the recruitment to recruitment industry and also the People Prospect Solutions methodology. We are looking for either a current Recruitment Consultant who wants to work in a more specialist market sector, or alternatively a strong sales and business development professional. As with any recruitment role, you have to take the highs with the lows, which means demonstrating a resistant streak within your nature and the drive and passion to overcome your own emotional highs and lows!
