RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

SURREY

BASIC SALARY £24-£30K + (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) plus COMMISSION

The Client: A highly respected independent multi-sector consultancy with long established client relationships and a reputation for service is looking for people to be part of its planned, strategic expansion.

The Role: Working in the Permanent division of the Commercial sector,  with the support of an experienced team, you will be responsible for maintaining current client relationships and developing new business . In addition, you will be required to source candidates through networking and advertising mediums.

The Candidate: You will be well presented and articulate  with a positive professional outlook. You will have a minimum of 2 years Commercial recruitment experience and be a credible and articulate individual with the ability to inspire confidence in your clients and candidates. A proven track record is essential as is a commitment to delivering an outstanding service.
