We are currently recruiting for a very well established, boutique recruitment consultancy. The business has been established in London for over 30 years and is now expanding across several locations across the UK. The Business is backed by a very large corporate group has one of the best reputations in London, within their sector of recruitment. They are opening an office in Birmingham at the beginning of April and have a very experienced Manager to lead the office so they are now looking for both temporary and permanent consultants to add to the team.
The ideal individual would have a background within commercial recruitment but we would equally look at individuals from other sector backgrounds. We would happily consider applicants with 6 months experience onwards.

The role
• Sales & Business Development
• Managing Accounts
• Arranging & attending client business meetings
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Ensuring all candidates are fully referenced (although support staff are in place to help with this)
• Taking responsibility for revenue targets
Person Specification
• Ideally, previous recruitment experience of at least 6 months
• Strong sales ability
• Strong account management skills
• Motivation & drive to succeed
• Able to take responsibility for targets
• Supportive to fellow staff members with the ability to work in a team
