Recruitment Consultant - Commercial
Basic £19,000 - £23,000
Our client is based in Shipley and has operated within the Commercial marketplace for a number of years. They have a small and effective recruitment sales team and develop business relationships across West Yorkshire.
The role, reports to the branch manager and will require the successful applicant to possess strong relationship management and development skills.. You will cover a spectrum of office based roles from key administrative personnel to upper management.
Appropriate candidates must be sourced and placed in clients organisations to ensure optimum levels of client and candidate service are adhered to all times.
The role will be interesting and varied and will include:
? Develop and manage candidate databases and relationships
? Raise the image and profile of the company
? Develop and manage client databases and relationships
? Attract new business
? Raise the image and profile of the company within the employment market
? Ensure the recruitment administration process runs smoothly so candidates are dealt with efficiently and professionally
? Identify key recruitment methods and suppliers
? Candidate control : maintain regular contact to review progress and performance
? Pre-screen all candidates face-to-face or via web-link before placing in front of client
? Coach candidates on interview skills and client information
? Manage all CV?s and file in a relevant system
? Ensure CV?s supplied to clients are always reflective of client requests
? Ensure all CV?s follow company standard client presentation format
? Identify client needs and provide and advice and suggestions where necessary
? Qualify job specification/description/salary information : check client requirements and all information complied with current employment legislation
? Network internally and externally with clients
? Client Visits : identify and follow-up business leads
? Write proposal documents, tenders, negotiate fees and preferred supplier agreements in line with company policy
? Write and place advertisements using appropriate media
Previous recruitment industry experience is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
