COMPANY
Very niche recruiter within the real estate marketing in Singapore is looking to increase its presence in the local market with the addition of senior recruiters. There are two sides to its business: General Practice (Fund managers; Hedge Funds; Investment Banks; white collar) and Technical (construction; architects; quantity surveyors; site foremen etc). Young but Not aggressive; professional and entrepreneurial the management have a largely hands off style preferring to let their consultants do what they are good at relationship building.
ROLE
All consultants are expected to buy into the mature, outgoing, culture where the banter builds team spirit and you are expected to get involved socially. Consultants recruiting locally in the technical (hard hat) area must be Mandarin/Cantonese speaking. Recruiters in both areas need to have local knowledge but the company will recruit real estate people with little recruiting knowledge/experience and teach them recruitment. You will be expected to maintain relationships with clients on both side of the corporate divide. Contingency 70% - Search 30%. You must have fluency in either Mandarin or Cantonese.
TRAINING / PROGRESSION
Transparent management structure geared to rewarding achievement and answering consultants training needs. Established career structure up to and including director level.
PACKAGE
Depending on your level and experience this position is offering a basic salary upwards of $5-14k Singapore per month + Bonus + Relocation etc
