THE COMPANY
My client is a leading national recruitment brand who has built a solid reputation over the past 10 years within the Engineering and Construction sector. Due to the continued growth within the Perth region my client seeks the services of a career minded recruitment professional to bolster their already successful team.
THE ROLE
The focus will be recruiting Engineering and Construction professionals within the State of Western Australia. Travel may be required on a client needs basis. The salary ranges recruited will range from $80k to $140k. There will also be an overlap of contract roles with a minimum duration of 6 months recruiting within the same salary brackets. You will inherit 1 major account which offers a steady flow of roles plus you will be expected to grow a portfolio of clients within an autonomous environment which isn't heavily KPI driven. In addition to this, our client provides access to a well maintained database plus a large advertising budget.
BACKGROUND
You will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within the Engineering and/or Construction sector.
You will be driven to exceed client expectation and gain satisfaction from winning new business.
