Job Description

This leading agency based in Central Sydney is looking for a recruiter with a background in  either Construction or Property or Engineering. Due to recent clients wins they are looking to expand their team of professional consultants

In the role of consultant you will take responsibility for driving the success of your desk. We are looking for 360 recruiters happy to equally deal with clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

. Managing existing client relationships with the aim of being the number one supplier to each account that you own

. Forging new client relationships within your industry sector with the aim of achieving maximum market penetration in your industry

. Attending networking events

To secure this role you should have the following:

. Proven recruitment experience

. Experience leading, coaching and mentoring junior staff

. A proven track record of successful billing and client development

. Exceptional presentation, communication, influencing and negotiation skills

. A background in Property would also be considered
