If you are an experienced technical / engineering or construction recruitment specialist and looking for a new opportunity with increased career and earning potential, my client may be what you have been looking for.

With immediate equity available in the company, an uncapped commission structure paying 20% on all placements (without a threshold), laptop allowing opportunity to work at home and a flexible benefits package the company are keen to secure people with a serious attitude to their career.

You will likely be looking for your second or third move in recruitment, and have a successful record of billing behind you in one of the three disciplines outlined above. Package is flexible based around the individual, and the company are confident they can surpass current earning potential, particularly if a big biller.
