Basic Salary: £upto 30k

Recruitment consultants wanted to work for one of the market leading recruitment firms in Dubai.
Our client is one of foremost construction recruitment firms in Dubai and the wider gulf region. They have an established office in Dubai having grown rapidly during the last 15 years in the UK market. They are currently looking for experienced recruiters to help continue their exceptional growth.
You will have 1 year + experience within a white collar, recruitment environment. Throughout this time you will be able to demonstrate substantial and sustained billing figures. It will help if you have recruited into at least one of the following areas:
* Building Services & Facilities Management
* Architecture, Interiors & Graphic Design
* Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying
* Civil & Infrastructure Engineering
* Structural Engineering
* Property Development and Asset
You need to have a proactive approach to sales and will not be phased by the pressure of having to meet regular targets. My client is on a number of major Global Preferred Supplier Lists, however, as construction recruitment is a booming industry in the UAE they require people who are driven in their approach and are prepared to actively pursue new business opportunities throughout the Middle East.
You will be operating under a flat managerial structure so will need to be self motivated and prepared to take the commercial initiative to grow your own desk.
Dont forget..The social life for ex-pats is excellent, regular parties and functions, clubbing, golf, shopping, white sand beaches, tropical weather, tax free earnings!!!! £65k OTE = £100k in your pocket!
