RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS CONSTRUCTION, ENGINEERING, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & FINANCE DUBAI & BAHRAIN

Experienced Construction, Engineering or Finance recruiters who are interested in a move to the Middle East are needed for this high end specialist consultancy. Operating for nearly 4 years within the UAE, the concentrate on placing high value white collar personnel across the region.
This company operates in a very adult like fashion empowering their staff with autonomy, responsibility and freedom to do their role coupled with the maximum of support and guidance if & when needed and all beautifully balanced with the minimum of management interference.

Headed by industry experienced directors who still work at the front end, they ensure this boutique business maintains a highly professional image as they continue to attract the calibre of staff necessary to develop retained / search biased clients within the region.

Your role will be a full 360 recruiters function selling retained (and some contingent) services through to delivery via client meetings, mapping your market, headhunting (along side the research team) through to placement of your candidates all along the route to invoicing you will control the project

PERSON SPEC:  ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

1.       Extensive recruitment experience and expertise in your chosen sector

2.       Ideally, (but mot essential )  prior industry experience (e.g. worked in engineering or finance)

3.       Adept at high end, high value business

4.       Able to work without being micro-managed

5.       Practical / lots f common sense

6.       Must come from specialist recruitment sector Not high Street

PACKAGE:
20,000 Dhm per month (circa £32k) + excellent commission + relocation assistance including one month accommodation upon arrival and one month car hire
