Senior Recruitment Consultant (Sydney)- Sales and Marketing Recruitment. Sydney 30 - 40K POUNDS basic with 70 - 90K OTE in year one.

UK Interviews taking place throughout this month, for JAN start dates.

This is an opportunity for a UK based recruiter, to move their career to Sydney and gain full sponsorship, whilst working in one of Australias booming market sectors.

We have an opening, for a talented sales and marketing recruiter to come and help grow this already established, busy team. Working across a number of sectors (all growing) including, IT/Digital, Construction, Industrial, Insurance. The sales and marketing sector is fruitful and the time is ripe, so if you fit the bill below, there is no better time or place to accelerate your recruitment career.

You will come on board as a senior recruiter, working in a specific niche within one of our busy sectors, recruiting sales staff, at mid level. These desks are warm and the company already have a great presence in the market place, so it will be your job to take over this legacy and along with the rest of the team, continue to grow the market share. The role is an autonomous one, with very few KPIs, so it requires a self motivated individual.

The company is Australian owned and has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Dubai, it is a force to be reckoned with, especially in this field. With a city location and a work great culture, this role has a lot to offer. There are also great fast track career prospects for the right people.

What you need to have is:

·        18 months recruitment experience in sales and marketing recruitment (Any industry)

·        A positive, can and will do attitude

·        An energetic approach to recruitment

·        Preferably degree educated
