Construction & Real Estate Recruitment Consultant London
£30k basic + £80k OTE

They are currently looking to expand their London construction and real estate division. The Construction & Real Estate team is based in key locations throughout the UK including London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Glasgow. Their consultants work closely with a range of client companies who invest in, design, build, operate and sell anything relating to the built environment and its supporting infrastructure.
The ideal consultant will previous recruitment experience but will happily consider other recruitment disciplines or people with previous B2B sales. Graduates or candidates with no experience are also welcome but they will really need to have excellent personal skills and the most recent recruit is a raw Consultant so sales experience would be preferential.

Any candidate is going to need to be strong in the following areas:
·Energetic / enthusiastic candidates with a strong team sports emphasis
·Outgoing strong interpersonal skills evident in the work place or if it's a grad someone that has been travelling
·Commercial not just a desire to make ££'s but also an understanding of how the commercial world works or an interest in learning
·Ambitious the people that join now have an excellent opportunity for personal development over the next 2-3 years
