Job Description

Need construction consultants for all our clients offices, priority is Central London, Birmingham, Fareham, Potters Bar & Manchester. Our client as been Trading since 1990, currently have a £60m group turnover and are experiencing significant growth through expansion of our business operations and now have a presence of 13 offices across the UK and Ireland. Generous base salaries £4,000 car allowance or company car. For certain consultants; once a consultant has achieved £30,000 GP over a consistent three month period Commission: 15% per month on all earnings above a monthly billing threshold of £3,000 In the case of a consultant demonstrating exceptional performance annual targets are increased. (eg. If currently billing £200k may be set £250k target) If these amended targets are achieved you will be awarded at year end with an additional 5% commission for all billings minus thresholds within the year. i.e. 20% commission.
