Job Description

The Company

This company are a leading global technical recruitment business providing professionally qualified permanent and contract staff to a diverse client base covering the oil & gas, infrastructure, rail, power and IT sectors.

By joining this organisation, at any level, recruitment consultants will be offered the strong support and development required for rapid career progression in return for hard work and commitment to the company. Targets must be met, contributing to the overall success of the business and achievements will be rewarded accordingly, which means that you are in control of your own financial success.

Preferably from a technical/engineering recruitment background (although not essential), you will have strong business development skills and be used to bringing new clients on board.

The Role

This role involves recruiting white collar construction workers eg site managers; surveyors etc

If you have previous recruitment experience, you could be just what were looking for. Preferably from a technical/engineering recruitment background (although not essential), you will be able to demonstrate contract or permanent GP performance, experience of client liaison and/or key account management and the ability to network an established database of contacts. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
