Trainee & Experienced Recruitment Consultant - Construction Recruitment (x 2 Posts)
1 X Senior Recruitment Consultant and 1 x Junior Recruitment Consultant Needed!
This truly is a unique company to work for! Our client has been trading for just under a decade and have recently opened a second recruitment office in London. They recruit across the UK as well as across the middle and far east. They have a strong desire to continually grow their recruitment team and proactively encourage management opportunities within the business.
The directors of this organisation have a vast amount of experience within the recruitment sector and understand a business is only as good as its employees. Therefore, they offer a commission structure which is one of the best in the industry meaning you will be receiving a fair chunk of whatever you bill. On top of this they arrange regular overseas trips once realistic targets have been achieved. A stable workforce is top priority and the turnover of staff within this organisation is pretty much non existent!
They are now looking to add to their recruitment team in London and have a requirement for 2 Recruitment Consultants, one post is ideal for someone with a limited amount of recruitment experience and the second post is ideally suited to an experienced recruiter who is looking to take their earning potential to the next step!
Start Dates are negotiable, as is the basic salary.
We are open to hearing from recruitment consultants with experience within any sector.
