RECRUITMENT DIRECTOR, CONSTRUCTION - LONDON
Up to £60k Basic + £100k+ OTE
Our client is a contemporary finance, legal, HR and construction recruitment business located in Central London. This impressive company secures the business leaders of tomorrow either as interim executives or permanent senior directors. As a Client Director you will span both disciplines free of the internal constraints and conflicts that always exist between permanent and interim/contracts departments. The philosophy of the company is one of a quality approach through specialisation enabling efficient recruiting and a great service delivered by you.
This is a rapidly expanding organisation with huge future growth potential.
Your duties will include identifying, qualifying, and completing interim and permanent recruitment assignments for clients predominantly within the UK. On a day to day basis each Client Director will focus on a niche within a business sector. The aim is to develop excellent market, client and candidate intelligence. In terms of career progression and training, as a Client Director you will benefit from direct personal mentoring and development from industry high achievers.
Remuneration will include both basic and commission and will be based on existing experience and future capability. Bonuses will include both team and individual elements.
