TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - LONDON
£18-22k basic + £40-50k OTE
Person Specification
·Graduates who are money motivated and willing to work long hours to achieve their goals, well presented with good telephone skills
·No experience is required but someone who has worked in business to business sales is preferred
·If they have no work experience they need to have done something outside of just studying, excelled at sports, travelled or worked through university
·People who have worked will need to have kept the same job down for at least 9 months

·Our client is a search and selection agency that specialises in placing middle and senior management staff in the Construction sector
·As a company they have grown from a one man band 2 years ago to a company with two offices, 33 staff and a turnover this year of £2.5m
·As opposed to traditional agencies they offer consultants a considerable amount of structure, new consultants starting with them do not need to advertise or head hunt to service their clients requirements, on their very first day they are given a niche product and geographical area with an exclusive database of clients and candidates that is so extensive they have not placed a single to fill a vacancy in their 4 year history
Their basic salary for trainee level is £18-22,000 with an excellent commission structure.

Training offered - 1 months' extensive training with the MD and 2 months' one on one with their allocated manager. Career progression is literally limitless, they'll be growing by a further 10 people this year and then 10 people per Quarter next year minimum.
