 Recruitment Consultants - Renewables, Construction, IT or FMCG - Permanent 

This is a unique opportunity to be pivotal in the growth of a major  New Recruitment Company. Launched in October 2011, the business has major financial backing and a board of directors and non-execs with unparalleled recruitment industry experience.

 From a standing start the business is budgeted to have a team of 20 Recruitment Consultants by the end of 2012 and doubling in 2013. 

Salary in the range £20,000 - £30,000 basic + Excellent Commission (25% after salary threshold) 

The owners of the new business are gifted businessmen who recognise that they need Partners, not run of the mill' employees. This is genuine opportunity to develop your career quickly in a brand-new and seriously ambitious recruitment company which is committed to grow rapidly and organically.

You will enjoy all of the tools of the trade' - including outstanding Cloud Based' Recruitment Consultant Software, a full range of job boards (your choice), administrative and managerial support and a blank canvass to participate in the creation of the brand. 

Person specification: 

Enjoying easy access to Heathrow you will: 

• Have previous permanent recruitment consultant experience into either the Renewables, Construction, IT or FMCG sectors.
• Anxious to do more than remain a traditional employee.
• As this is a new company you will be starting with a cold desk. You will have a blank canvass to develop your market but must be prepared for a significant part of the role to be business development.
