Our client's Nottingham office is seeking robust recruitment individuals to develop and grow their already successful and buoyant reputation in the Industrial recruitment sector.
The role
- Reporting to a Branch Manager, you will initiate, develop and manage relationships with clients and prospects for the supply of technical and engineering staffing solutions.
- All candidate administrative responsibilities will be managed by a servicing consultant to allow you focus on your expertise of sales and client development.
- Working closely with your servicing consultant, you will take the business area you develop to its maximum potential and profit, through the development of sales and on-going relationships.
- You will have a high presence with clients through constant rapport building and ensuring all service levels are being met.

- Strong evidence of proven sales ability within recruitment
- Smart, articulate, honest and committed.
- Excellent sales, planning, negotiation skills.
