Join a growing organisation adding new recruitment locations to their successful existing branches. This company is a customer service driven recruitment organisation whose mission statement is to deliver on promises made.
My client is looking for good construction and property recruiters across the professional vertical of the construction market for an exciting new opportunity. For the right people, there will be opportunities for progression and promotion in branch, regionally and nationally as the company grows further.

I am currently inviting applications for these new start recruitment roles from good recruitment consultants, senior recruitment consultants, and billing managers, ideally from the construction and property recruitment sector.
You:
Recruitment Consultants Construction and Property Southampton SO15
White collar professional
Experience within the above recruitment sector; to recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultant or billing manager level, or
Experience within another recruitment sector, ideally with contract staff.
Have the drive, determination and resilience to start a new desk and market from scratch and achieve results and earn the associated commission
This is a fast moving, fast paced organisation, so an ability to adapt and change quickly is essential; you need to be able to reflect on your practice and change or improve accordingly if required

Basic salary to £28K + commission +benefits + incentives
