Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Basic salary to £28,000

OTE Uncapped and excellent

The Client

Our client has operated within the Construction & Technical market for over 15 years. They have a medium sized branch network spanning the UK and have developed an excellent client base. They are expanding quickly and have a number of roles within the team. They can accommodate both a temp and perm recruitment consultant and are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who wish to work as part of a successful team.

The Recruitment Consultant Role

They are looking for a professional Recruitment Consultant who enjoys working in a fast paced sector with strong sales and service based skills.

The Role involves:-

• Development of a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently
• Networking and generation of new candidates in order to fulfil client requirements
• Development of relationships with candidates and clients alike
• Negotiation of terms
• Interviewing of candidates in order to ascertain their requirements

The Successful candidate:-

• Will have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience.
• Has a friendly and personable approach, and has strong time management skills with the ability to listen carefully to client and candidate requirements
• Will be tenacious, determined, proactive, focused, driven, enthusiastic, motivated and must enjoy the challenge and diversity of a busy role.
