Our client is an independent recruitment business that has been established for several years and has built a solid reputation amongst it's clients and candidates. They specifically recruit within several sectors including Design & Rebuild, Shipping, Removals and Relocation.
They are currently seeking individuals at all levels from consultant through to supervisor or team leader. They are seeking individuals from any recruitment sector background who has a solid record of achievement and who will be able to conduct the full recruitment cycle, including business development. They do work to targets and they are seeking genuinely hard working people who will take responsibility for their budget.
Key things you will need to have for this role:-
In return you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary + a competitive commission structure that will allow you to earn uncapped earnings dependent on your performance. They also have weekly competitions and cash prizes as well as a continuous training programme. You will receive 22 days holiday and this increased by one day per full year to a maximum of 25 days, as well as various social events.
