Niche Creative Recruitment Agency, established for over 20 years looking to expand its successful Digital Team. Based in the City, this client has a great working environment, they are great believers in the work/life balance and do not operate a long hour working policy. A team of experienced Recruiters they are all real self starters and are able to self manage to a certain degree. This all makes for a very friendly and pleasant recruitment environment.

Currently with three offices in Europe their London offering is divided across Presentations and Document Solutions, Creative, Communications and IT. They are looking for someone with Digital Creative experience to come in and take over some warm business and to eventually grow this area.

There will be no restrictions on what market/geography you want to sell into so if you are currently working for a larger organisation where you are working within some tight parameters this opportunity may be particularly attractive to you. This client is also prepared to look at guarantees/bonuses on condition of hitting various sales targets.

In return the client offers a great package, with a lucrative commission structure.
