We recruit primarily in consumer facing markets such as retail, fashion, marketing and fast moving consumer goods and Quest is well established as one of the top performing businesses in these sectors. As a result of consistent success and expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join the successful fashion recruitment team at our Central London office, just off Oxford Street. In this role, you will recruit for fashion buyers, merchandisers, designers and garment technologists on behalf of major fashion retailers as well as for fashion brands and wholesalers. This team works on well established accounts, recruiting for very well known fashion companies from graduate entry level right up to director level. Once you’ve been through our comprehensive training and induction period, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates and managing your own client base, so you will need the ability to build excellent client relationships whilst managing the needs of your candidates. You will become an expert in your specialist area and the results you achieve will be a direct result of your ability, enthusiasm and hard work. Consultants need to be driven, confident and articulate, as well as fun to work with! We don’t have set ideas about what your background should be, we believe that in recruitment, experience is less important than a great attitude, high levels of enthusiasm, exceptional interpersonal skills and a real determination to succeed. Obviously a keen interest in fashion would be ideal, but we have consultants from a wide variety of backgrounds, including experienced recruiters, people who come from the industries we recruit into, people with sales backgrounds as well as plenty of recent graduates. We are looking for ambitious and commercially aware individuals who have a sales mentality and are looking for a career that will challenge them and allow them to reach their full earning potential.
