My client is a specialist PR and communications recruitment business. They have been established for nearly 10 years and have an impressive list of clients within the PR and communications marketplace. They recruit from graduates to director level and have specialist consultants in variety of sectors within the PR remit.
They are now looking to recruit a talented consultant and will consider potential candidates with different lengths of experience. You do not necessarily have to come from a PR recruitment background, although having knowledge of the PR market would be advantageous. You will be tenacious, hungry, self-motivated and keen to move into the lucrative PR recruitment market.
You will inherit a hot desk of clients and candidates but will also have the opportunity to develop business into new areas. This is a great opportunity that would suit an experienced consultant who feels under-rewarded in their current team or someone who is part of a medium or large company and looking for greater freedom with a smaller business.
For the right candidate the opportunities are limitless, and in addition the client is prepared to offer an equity stake in the company over time. There is also the chance to be involved in the future shape and direction of the company.
