Basic up to £25,000 + commission + package + equity scheme

We are a specialist recruitment practice working in the £50,000 to £100,000 salary bracket across the Built Environment. We do two simple things very well. We help our clients to strengthen their teams and make them more successful by finding and recruiting the best talent available in a market, and we find new life enhancing career moves for our candidates. We help them to grow and grow with them.

Much of our work is retained search, with assignments covering the whole of the UK. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to strenghten our growing Services business. We need an ambitius and focused Consultant, with up to 1 years experience in an architectural, property/technical or engineering field or possibly an experienced generalist looking to move into specialist recruitment.

We are also a business where the people that work in it are stakeholders. This gives us a look and feel unlike any other. Packages for the right people include equity. You will join a growing business (currently 23 strong) with exciting plans for the furure.
