Recruitment Consultant : Drivers Desk
* £18,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary

Our client has a well known name within the Driving, Logistics and Industrial markets. The company has a branch network across England.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Driving team. This is a 360 degree recruitment role where the aim is to place candidates within primarily temporary assignments and to forecast client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk. You will be concentrating on placing, drivers into ad-hoc and contractual bookings across the region.
Key elements of the role include:

*Interviewing
*Advertising
*Marketing
*Working to targets
*Referencing
*Lead generation
*Sales : both over the phone and face to face
*On-Call (evenings and weekends on a rota basis) will be included in this role.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.
If you are bright, ambitious, articulate, hard working and a real people person this opportunity will provide you with a stimulating challenge which will constantly exercise and develop your personal qualities.

Previous experience within a Logistics/distribution recruitment environment is preferred, however all recruitment sectors will be considered.
You must possess a full UK driving licence.
