ROLE:
A typical busy and challenging temp Driving Consultants role with daily duties of sales & service but with a balance of autonomy and support in order for you to create your own business success. The role calls for proactive, tenacious individuals who can build business through the development of client relationships from the initial cold call & visit to speedy service & filling bookings. You will be supported by industry experienced branch & regional managers who are all hands-on in the business and understand the pains' of the role.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Experienced Driving Recruitment consultant
2. Must have excellent communication skills
3. Able to multi-task
4. Must have a positive attitude
5. A belief in yourself & your abilities
6. The aptitude to do the role
7. Stable career history
8. Drive, Ambition, Determination & Enthusiasm
9. Ideally a good understanding of the geographic area
10. A consultant who can Make It Happen' using your own initiative & drive to succeed
11. A Doer' - prepared to do what is needed to maximise the full potential of the desk / division
12. Strong sales skills, a client relationship builder - looks at the long term
13. Able to grow the reputation of the company by giving a quality service
