We have been exclusively engaged by a growing recruitment business in Australia to find an experienced recruiter to join their business. With offices in both Melbourne and Sydney, there are genuine opportunities in both cities. Having experienced continued success since inception, this is an exciting time as they continue to grow through the next phase.
Having personally worked in both cities for 9 years in recruitment, I am in a genuine position to advise openly and honestly on this opportunity. You will initially be talking to somebody who has been there and done it and can genuinely advise as opposed to talk about the weather!
Working alongside the directors, you should be comfortable recruiting roles at the 50k base level. The business is more interested in you as an individual as opposed to your sector specific background! You will be working in a grown up, supportive environment that is based upon trust where you should enjoy a long term career and share in the businesses success
