The Role:
To generate a pipeline of candidates for current vacancies by direct sourcing:
·Developing Sourcing Strategy
·Mapping and Head Hunting
·Candidate Management
·Client Management
·Qualifying candidates
·Negotiating salaries and fees
·Effective advert writing
You will be accountable for your own results against targets and will have a degree of autonomy in delivering these results.

Demonstrate experience of successfully working in a results driven recruitment role
·Possess head hunting experience
·Be a graduate or have 'graduate level' credibility
·Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
·Be confident and tenacious, dealing with senior people
