Salary up to £25k, OTE £70k

Dual desk, commissions up to 25% with no threshold!!

Our client is an IT recruitment consultancy that provides a variety of services to clients including IT Support, Information Security and IT Recruitment. They have been established for nearly two decades and it has a very successful track record of achievement in all areas of their business services.

They are currently seeking an IT recruitment consultant to join their growing team. The successful applicant will have experience within IT recruitment ideally but experienced recruitment consultants from other disciplines will also be considered. You will have experience of the full recruitment cycle, from sales and business development to sourcing and interviewing candidates and making the placements or filling the contracts. You will be working a dual desk, placing both contract/temporary and permanent candidates.

The client offers a starting salary of up to £25k + and excellent commission structure, paying a sliding scale of up to 25% of billings with no threshold. You will initially start on 20 days holiday and other benefits include a contributory pension scheme and life assurance after a qualifying period.
