Recruitment Consultant - Technology

Basic Salary Negotiable (£18,000 - £25,000)
Uncapped and fantastic bonus structure

OTE yr 1 £60K+

Our client specialises in the provision of recruitment consultancy services across the IT and Technology sector. They are a small, niche specialist and are wishing to grow over the coming months.
They concentrate their efforts solely within the recruitment of Permanent and Contract Technology specialists across the UK

The aim of this role is to place permanent candidates within IT and Technology roles and to assist with client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk.

This is a business development role and will involve some sales.
Whilst working to monthly and weekly targets you will provide excellent customer services to both candidate and clients at all times.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.
If you are bright, ambitious, articulate, hard working and a real people person this opportunity will provide you with a stimulating challenge which will constantly exercise and develop your personal qualities.

A previous background within the recruitment industry preferred but not essential. Trainees will be considered for this role.
