Senior Consultant Executive Search Education. Working for the Executive Search arm of an education brand leader, you will be delivering bespoke recruitment solutions to client in the public and private sector, placing Senior Hires across the education market. SENIOR CONSULTANT EXECUTIVE SEARCH EDUCATION Salary: Basic salaries to £75k, depending on experience Benefits: uncapped bonus, private health, pension, six weeks holiday, gym membership Location: West End of London THE ROLE ·Working on Senior level appointments, you will be providing a knowledge based consultative service to your clients across the private and public sectors. ·All of the mandates you will be working on will be on an exclusive retained basis, but your role will also involve specialist consultancy and bespoke recruitment assignments for your clients. ·A key part of your role will to be to use your existing networks to further grow this already impressive business. ·A strong emphasis on delivery and quality. THE COMPANY ·Specialist Executive Search arm of an Education publisher, established for almost 100 years, focusing on the senior level hires across the UK Education markets. ·The recruitment arm of this business was launched relatively recently to leverage off the impressive client relationships already established, and is already proving incredibly successful. ·The business offers a complete school leader recruitment service, from attraction campaigns, selection campaigns through to full search assignments. ·Excellent working culture highly professional and consultative. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·At least 18-24 months recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success and stability. ·You will either already be working in Education Search or will be looking to take a successful Agency career to the next level. ·Experience of working with Senior Candidates and Clients would be advantageous, but not essential. ·Experience of recruiting within the Education Sector would be an advantage but experience from all backgrounds will be considered.
