Education Recruitment Consultant, to 18k basic + uncapped commission structure, Birmingham, Nottingham & Leicester  Your Profile Are you a graduate or graduate calibre candidate who is looking to be part of an exciting fast moving Recruitment Company?  As a trainee recruitment consultant, do you want to be financially rewarded for going that extra mile?  Are you eager to become a trainee recruitment consultant seeking uncapped and achievable bonus & career progression opportunities?  You must be hardworking with great determination and drive.  You should be money motivated and keen to learn, with a professional approach. Some sales experience, ideally on a business to business basis, would give you a distinct advantage for this role, however this is not essential. Recruitment is a fast growing and professional sales industry, and is the ideal career for a determined and self motivated graduate. The Role This role will involve the full recruitment cycle. Sourcing and interviewing candidates, building and developing relationships with clients and managing the whole recruitment process. You will receive fantastic training and coaching to develop your sales skills, and be quickly encouraged to take on real responsibilities. The role will involve working within a team of consultants within the education recruitment field, and you will receive unrivalled commission on the back of your success!!  To be successful in this sector you will require a long term focus on client relationships and business development with the drive and personality to influence/convince Public Sector contacts.
