My client is a well established teaching agency based in Essex. They are one of the UK’s fastest growing teacher recruitment agencies, specialising in long-term and permanent placements for qualified teaching professionals.
The Role:
Due to their unprecedented growth they are currently recruiting for a Primary Consultant and a SEN Consultant for their expanding teams.
The Candidate:
Candidates must be money hungry, driven and ambitious. You will be an experienced recruiter from the Education sector or looking to move into this industry. You mustn’t be scared of winning new business and will pride yourself on building strong and lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
The Package and Benefits:
Basics up to £30k plus up to 25% uncapped commission. Realistic OTE’s of £80k first year. A few of their senior staff are taking home up to £180k.
