The Client:
My Client is a well-established consultancy based in Loughton. They recruit for a number of disiplines including Education where specialise in long term and permanent placements within schools throughout London and the Home Counties.
They currently have an opening within their Special Needs team.
The Role:
The role involves:
Running a warm SEN desk.
Cold calling to bring on new schools and vacancies.
Building strong relationships with existing Teachers and Schools
Client visits to sell company to schools.
The Candidate:
The Candidate must have recent and relevant Teacher Recruitment experience. As well as a good understanding of this sector- ideally Special Needs.
