The Company:

My Client was established in 2001 to assist UK
Schools with recruiting highly skilled teaching
and support staff. They have offices in
Coventry, Birmingham, Warrington, Yorkshire,
Canada, Australia and now have an office in
London. Due to growth they are looking to
take on a number of talented recruiters over
the next 12 months.

They currently have more business than they
can handle, this is down to the way they sell
to their schools and the honesty of their
approach. They work very closely with their
schools and listen to their needs, they don’t
just inundate their clients with unsuitable
candidates. They provide a selective and be-
spoke approach and it is proving to be
successful. The office manager is a qualified
teacher with London experience and has been
in Educational Recruitment for over 7 years.
They pride themselves on offering a
recruitment style that is less salesy and more
consultative.

The Role:

There main priority, at present, is to recruit an
experienced Education Recruitment Consultant
to start up a Secondary desk. The successful
candidate will have the benefit on working on
the whole of London. They already have plenty
of jobs to get stuck into, so there is the
potential to make money straight away. This is
a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is
looking for progression and is interested in
building a team around them.

The Candidate:

Graduate calibre
Education Recruitment background or/and
Teaching experience.
Ambition, driven and self motivation.
Relationship builder rather than sales person.

The Package and Benefits:
£20k - £30k basic plus up to 50% commission.
In 1st month candidates will receive 50% of all
revenue they bring in, as they build their
business, plus Branch commission.
Ongoing support and training,
opportunity to run desk like own mini business.
