The Company:
My client is a boutique agency with an excellent reputation within Education and Social Work recruitment. They are currently looking for an experienced recruitment consultant.
The Role: This role would suit somebody who is looking to run their desk like their own mini business.
The candidate: , The ideal candidate must have at least 12 months recruiting experience within the Education sector, be self motivated, be driven and possess the ability to work autonomously.
The Package and Benefits:
In return you would receive a warm, friendly and relaxed working environment with no micro management. Basic is dependent on experience plus a fantastic commission structure, benefits, pension scheme and clothes allowance.
