The Package:
Basic salary up to 20K + OTE with 23 days holiday plus 1 day off annually for birthday.
The Recruitment Brief:
Our client is looking for Recruitment Consultants for their Teaching and Teaching Assistant desk for their Newcastle office.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous knowledge of education and/or recruitment with a proven track record in sales.
The Person Spec:
You will be organised, proactive and presentable with good communication skills (written and verbal) and motivated to deliver at high standards.
You will have a solid background in the recruitment industry or be proven strong sales professional.
The successful candidate will be able to match and exceed client expectations by offering a reliable, responsive permanent recruitment service, maximising efficiency through the effective use of technology and standard company permanent business operating processes.
