The Company:
My client is a small, boutique, teaching consultancy based in the heart of Islington. They are a supportive close-knit team of experienced consultants who pride themselves on offering a personal touch to Recruitment. Due to expansion, they are currently looking to take on an experienced Education recruiter to join their secondary division.
The Role:
Although the desk is warm, it will require a certain level of business development. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle and must be able to grow, develop and maintain the existing database of Teachers and Schools.
The Candidate:
You will ideally:
Have at least 12 months Education Recruitment Experience.
Be looking to work in a warm, friendly, supportive, non-micromanaged working environment.
Be driven, self-motivated, ambitious and possess the ability to work autonomously.
Have a good sense of humour
Want to work for a small independent consultancy
The Benefits and Package:
You will be provided with ongoing training, support and progression.
25 days holiday plus reduced hours throughout school holidays.
Social activities, days out and weekends away.
Basic up to £28k plus excellent commission.
