The Company:

This is a fantastic opportunity for any
experienced Education Recruitment Consultants
to work for an Educational Charity, whose
purpose is to create a network of outstanding,
non-selective, inner-city schools.

My Client was established in 2004 with the
prime objective to provide high quality
Education for children in disadvantaged schools
throughout London. This is achieved by
bringing together experienced teachers and
education professionals and working closely
with parents and the local communities.

The Role:

The aim of this role is to support the overall
recruitment process and lead in establishing an
overarching marketing and networking
campaign to attract candidates. Under the
overall direction of the Recruitment Manager
the Recruitment Marketing Manager will be
responsible for establishing the annual pool of
potential teacher candidates though marketing,
sponsorship, running school and company
events, attending employee events and
conferences, and establishing working
relationships with initial teacher training
providers such as Goldsmiths, Middlesex,
Teach First and leadership training providers
such as Future Leaders. They will be involved
in the vetting and assessment of candidates
and help manage the database to handle this
knowledge. They will also develop methods
for finding candidates for specific vacancies,
and in the future may lead on foreign visits (to
schools and other institutions) in order to
widen the search for talent. The ideal
candidate will work within a close-knit
recruitment team and is expected to support
all aspects of the recruitment process and
talent management.

The Candidate:

• Graduate calibre
• Recruitment background, preferably in
teacher recruitment, and experience of having
running large scale recruitment campaigns
• Knowledge of the education sector,
schools and the teaching market
• Knowledge or experience of establishing
a ‘brand identity’ to supports recruitment
• Knowledge or experience of establishing
and developing relationships with partner
agencies
• IT literate and experience of database
management (in particular, knowledge of
Snowdrop is desirable).
• Excellent communication skills, including
inter-personal skills and written reporting
• Self starter, highly motivated with
creative and visionary flair
• Hard working, ambitious for programme
outcomes, dynamic and highly organised and
detail orientated

The Package and Benefits:
• Salary £35k +
