Education Recruitment Consultant - West London - £20K (min) - £35K OTE. Your Profile We are currently seeking a graduate or a graduate equivalent with a background in recruitment and an out going personality that's driven, engaging and articulate. Experience is required also a hunger for success, self motivated and organised.This opportunity will offer structured and targeted career progression along with award winning sales training. For candidates that want to progress through to management level based on their own merit will be successful in this organisation. The Role The role of a recruitment consultant position will incorporate the full life cycle. Therefore you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for your current roles. Also cold calling, business development and face to face client meetings plus negotiating contracts. The market within education is fast paced and highly demanding, to be successful you will need to be a good communicator, well organised and a team player.
