Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant - Education - Birmingham

The Package:
Up to 21K basic salary depending on career history & ability, plus commission and company benefits, 25 days annual leave, plus many other company incentives.

The Recruitment Brief:
Our client is a specialist Education Recruitment Consultancy and currently seeks to employ a Recruitment Consultant for their Birmingham branch.
The ideal candidates will have previous recruitment knowledge from the education sector, although strong candidates who have a background from other sectors may be considered.

The Person Spec:
Candidates will be tenacious, polished and sales focused. Sales exposure is a prerequisite as is the ability to work well within a small team. Bags of energy and enthusiasm are a must to work in this dynamic recruitment environment. You must thrive in a results driven, target orientated environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential as is the ability to multi-task and work to a fast pace.
